I have been in the manufacturing field for 14 years as of this year. My humble beginnings in manufacturing started as an hourly associate at an automotive supplier. Over the course of my time at my first automotive supplier company, I worked my way up to the HR department becoming responsible for approximately 1100 salaried and hourly employees. During this time, I was responsible for both hourly and salaried recruitment for the division I was assigned. I gained further experience in recruitment and staffing during my next tenure as HR Manager of a UAW plant. During this time, I gained valuable experience branching out internationally to assist with a ramp up of production and hiring in our Mexico faculty and eventually closing operations in our China facility. My latest in experience I moved in to food manufacturing And was responsible for recruiting and staffing for all hourly, salaried, and leadership positions within the facility. My experiences gained during my times in multiple plants, both in the US and internationally, have allowed me to grow in both recruiting and staffing.
