I am a talent strategist, a marketing enthusiast and a disrupter at heart. Taking a non-traditional and opportunistic approach to my own career, I stepped away from years of agency life to launch myself into the internal/inhouse recruiting sector to work on contracts for amazing clients.
I am passionate about sharing my learnings with others to help modernize HR and recruiting strategies. I focus on design thinking to help shape a culture that considers the employee experience as well as the company. Outside of growing my recruitment career, I'm currently a City Organizer for Tech Ladies and promote myself within several onsite/online technology networks. I'm a public speaker and take every opportunity to participate in conferences, panels and forums on topics that range from people strategy to diversity & inclusion and women in leadership and of course technology. I also love my cat Oscar!

1. In 2019 I helped create a company recruitment video to help boost SEO efforts, reach and attract more candidates, differentiate company job postings, to ensure better cultural fit, promote the companies’ brand & showcase diversity and inclusion. Video link: https://vimeo.com/334983619
2. Implemented GitHub task assignments to various tech start up clients as part of the interview process. The goal of this take-home assignment is to provide the candidate and the company team the opportunity to get to know each other and work together on real problems. This task was as much for the candidate to ensure the company team is right for them as it is for the company to hire the right talent.
3. Implemented design tasks for various tech start up clients when hiring UX/UI or Product positions, these take-home assignments can include things like: Wireframe flow(s), User Journeys, List of ideas, Sketches of any kind and are to be presented to the hiring team.
