selectmindSocial recruiting solutions provider SelectMinds and digital recruitment marketing agency HireClix have announced a partnership with the expressed goal being to enhance the effectiveness of corporate employee referral programs through the use of social networks. Part of the strategy is the authorization of HireClix to resell SelectMinds’ social recruiting solution TalentVine.

TalentVine gives HR professionals the tools to automate the entire social recruiting campaign. Through the use of social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, TalentVine accelerates the referral process by sending automatic alerts to both current and former employees when job vacancies occur, matching these employment opportunities to candidates within their social networks, and given referral suggestions.
