ELITE PARTNER PROGRAM FAQ

The program is limited to 100 Elite Partners. All other qualified applicants will be put on a wait list and will be invited to join the program only when an opening becomes available.
You can make money 3 different ways as an Elite Partner:
  1. You keep and work with your personal clients and your own jobs and retain 95% of the commission.
  2. We will:
    • Do all client invoicing/billing for you under your company name. *Billing Optional
  3. You give us excess capacity positions and let us do all the work. You retain 30% of the commission.
  4. We will:
    • Post your position on our platform to thousands of our recruiters so you never have a job that isn't being worked on.
    • Handle the entire hiring process (submittals, interviews, etc.).
    • Do all invoicing/billing for you under your company name.
  5. You can work on any open position posted on our split-fee platform and retain 50% of the commission on all jobs you help fill.
  6. We will:
    • Send you a commission check once payment is received from our client
Absolutely, your clients will always belong to you.
No, as an Elite Partner you do not have to pay any Recruiter Pro Subscription fees.
No, either party may terminate the partnership with a written 30 day notice. All jobs currently posted on the Job Market must remain on the platform until filled or until canceled by the employer.
Being an Elite Partner allows you to:
  1. Increase and track your performance analytics, allowing you to become a top tier vendor.
  2. Fill positions in other verticals outside of your specialty, offering stronger and expanded services to your clients.
  3. Utilize our vast network to help fill your excess capacity positions and still make commission.

As an Elite Partner you will:
  • Retain and manage all of your own clients, but enjoy the power of a recruiting team and platform behind you.
  • Leverage our billing department to take care of all client billing for you. Maintain your brand, as we bill under your company name.
  • Work your own positions as well as any other position listed on Recruiter.com that you would like to work.
  • Have the jobs you share pushed out to over 2000 job boards for maximum exposure.
  • Be priority listed in the Recruiter.com Directory at no cost
  • Be eligible for assignment to exclusive jobs.
  • Be granted accelerated status in our Recruiter Loyalty Rewards Program.
Your company does not change. You will be allowed to add a logo to your email signature and web site designating your company as a "Recruiter.com Elite Partner".
No, because the client belongs to you, the fee agreements remain the same. All billing is done for you by our accounting department, but with your name on the bill sent to clients when placements are made.
Yes, there will be a signed agreement between Recruiter.com and you. This agreement will ensure your ownership of the clients, document the fee structure, as well as outline Recruiter.com’s policies and procedures.
Advancement of the wait listed recruiters is solely dependent upon new Elite Partner slots becoming available.
