She has more than 20 years' experience working in human resources, training, and talent development with Fortune 500 companies and smaller businesses across a range of industries. Prior to joining Keystone Partners, Bonnie directed a New England regional training program for a Fortune "Most Admired" financial services company, coaching entrepreneurs in developing their careers and launching their businesses. She is known for her intuitive listening and for supporting professionals in getting practical results. Bonnie has an MEd in counseling psychology from Cambridge College. She is a Professional Certified Coach by ICF and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She was named "Career Coach of the Year" in 2013 by ICF New England and is a certified trainer and experienced group facilitator.
